By maintaining consistent relationships with both our winemaker and our fruit sources, particularly in regions like Swartland, we ensure that every vintage embodies authenticity, clarity, and quality.
Our Technical Promise: Canning with Precision
Canning wine is a chemically complex process that requires absolute precision. To guarantee that our wines taste exactly as the winemaker intended, we go beyond traditional bottling protocols. We understand the science behind wine preservation, specifically addressing the challenges of "reduction" (hydrogen sulfide/H2S development) that can sometimes occur when wine interacts with packaging.
- Advanced Polymer Linings: Every can we use features a state-of-the-art, high-integrity polymer lining. This completely isolates the wine from the aluminum body, preserving both the delicate flavor profile of the wine and the structural integrity of the can itself.
- Strict pH & Fining Management: Our winemaker specifically targets strict pH parameters and rigorously fines for excess copper and iron—elements that can destabilize wine in a canned environment.
- Inert Gas Flushing: The canning process utilizes a precise liquid nitrogen dosing system that drives off oxygen during sealing, entirely eliminating the risk of oxidation and capturing the wine at its pinnacle of freshness.

Swartland
Particularly celebrated for its bold Chenin Blanc and expressive Pinotage, often derived from dry-farmed, old bush vines. The challenging conditions here yield grapes with intense concentration and a distinct sense of place.
Stellenbosch
Known for bold, structured reds—especially Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Pinotage.
Helderberg (Stellenbosch sub-region)
Ideal for Cabernet Sauvignon and Sauvignon Blanc, thanks to cooling sea breezes and granite-rich soils.
Franschhoek
Elegant and refined wines, particularly Chenin Blanc, Sauvignon Blanc, and Merlot—enhanced by varied elevation and cool mountain air.
Hemel-en-Aarde Valley
